Very very pathativc service given by Dombivli branch HDFC LTD customer relation team is not at all supportive. Non off the higher mangr is redy to slow our queries. I have personally waited for more than 7to 8 Month's for loan process. After complaining to CEo and heads of Mumbai on email no investigation happed. Next day only one call recieved on which lady menstion. Sorry we are unable to process your home loan and said that reason and deatils of loan cancellation they Will email it to me but I had recieved two liner email. No exaplation. Vipin upadhyay was not at all heplfull for the same every time we call him he ask for next to days time. It was my west of time for the. Waiting for loan and than greeting such pathetic reply and respons.
Worst experience dealing with Livspace. Even though they are so expensive, they do not care for their customer's concerns. We lost 2 months of rent because they kept delaying material delivery and work completion. You have to pay everything upfront so you do not have any leverage. Wish I could file a complaint for our loss.
Completely unprofessional organisation, leaves project in between. I am chasing them for couple of months now, they arent receiving my calls even. Such pathetic organisation

Pathetic bunch of people. Nobody responds after payment. No time sense. Promised pay on time rebate never came after calling several times. Do not trust.
