Critical: Professionalism
We decided to not to proceed with any interiors as our possession date was getting delayed. We informed these people on a whatsapp chat tht we will connect with them later on based on our requirements. But the guy whom we were in touch with for the design and quotation work, upright said "i have heard it many times sir". Is nt it rude.?
Am not sure about their quality and delivery but someway they need to learn to accept the rejection and handle it in a very professional way.
